From our first contact with Josh to daily working with Caleb, Reddy Pros went above and beyond our expectations. Our job was rebuilding a 20+ year old deck. We chose to replace with Trex and our new outdoor space turned out above expectations. They started earlier than our given start date and actually finished the project early as well. From ripping out and replacing old wood, painting hand rails, posts and spindles to installing the new new Trex floor, they stayed in contact daily, showed up early and each day the work area was left clean. Final cleanup, you would have never known we just went through a major outdoor construction project. I’d HIGHLY recommend this company and plan on using them again for a few future upgrade/ remodeling projects.

Reddy Pros constructed a large deck and a couple of outside stairs at our front door. Caleb and his crew were on time to the job every day. The work they did is without a doubt the finest craftsmanship I have ever seen. The job site was organized and clean. When the job was complete there was not a single piece of paper or building debris left behind. I will indeed use them in the future. I don't believe you can find a better group of professionals. The "facelift" for our 30-year old home was a challenging undertaking for Reddy Pros and we are very satisfied with the outcome. The project manager, Sam, did an awesome job overseeing our multi-phase renovation. We had two decks replaced, all of our doors (4 french door sets + one single) replaced, exterior lighting and fans installed, cracked window panes replaced, gutters and a minisplit installed and the entire "stucco" exterior of our house patched and repainted. It all required a lot of coordinated work between different teams. Everyone was professional and skilled in their areas of expertise. Sam did a great job keeping things moving along and making sure that we were regularly updated on the status of each phase of our project. We also appreciate that the majority of the workers were local residents of the community...hard working, attention to detail and friendly! We are now enjoying the completed renovations and will definitely recommend Reddy Pros to acquaintances in the future!

Not only did he say he could do it, he over exceeded what I expected of the finish product. Not once did the price change from the original quote. I’m already using him for another project. Reddy Pros did an outstanding job on my new decks! Now, this wasn’t just a “normal run of the mill” deck build, they had to demolish the old decks and build the new decks. In addition, they were working on rocky, sloped terrain and found a way to get what I wanted done. Some key points I would like to point out; -The whole Reddy Pro Team is Very Professional on every aspect of what one would hope to get from a business. -They stay in constant communication during the project and request guidance if an issues come up that are a necessary deviation from the scope of work. -Excellent attention to detail, using only the best products to ensure customer satisfaction. -Professional response time via text or phone call to any questions during the job. -They are focused on the customer, meaning once the project starts, that project has their full attention. -Excellent follow through. We used Reddy Pros last year to tear down a deck, build a new deck, replace a bedroom wall with 3 floor to ceiling windows, replace part of a decking roof and build a new shed. We were very pleased with the attention to detail, the way they listened to our ideas and the whole completed project. David, the project manager, checked in with us 3 months later and just last week to make sure we were completely satisfied and that there wasn’t anything that needed attention. I hired Reddy Pros to do a shed to cabin conversion. I gave them my floor plan that I had drawn up, told them this is what I wanted, and they delivered in flying colors! It turned out so well that I moved out of my house in Helotes to live in it permanently. All the Reddy Pros employees are courteous, on time, and very professional. And they were very willing to work with me when I had changes on my cabin build. I also hired them to build a well house, some gutter work, and some metal fence work. I’m very happy with the results of those projects also. I would definitely recommend Reddy Pros if you want quality work at a respectable price. They installed porcelan tiles throughout our whole house. Beautiful job. They worked with us on staying in the house while the work was done and communicated well through the whole process. They also installed two exterior doors, with framing, and then painted. Great job. Two years later I noticed some damage to one of the door's framing. They came and fixed it, no problem. I've never hired a contractor like this before, but the project at hand was daunting in it's scale above the ground (over 12' in the air and on an unlevel slope). I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism, efficiency, timeliness and knowledge. The final product FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! Reddy Pros did a wonderful job on our historic barn at Chapa's Group Camp at the Hill Country State Natural Area. They had to work with the parameters of the State of Texas on historical and cultural aspects including reusing the old metal. This was a wonderful process from beginning to end.  We had reached out to multiple contractors to add a carport to our home.  Most either never showed up or if they did, they never provided a bid.  Caleb with Reddy Pro was here within a day of me reaching out through their website.   They took our ideas and made them even better.  Bid was fair for the scope of work and they started within 30 days as promised.  Tim and Shane did a great job on the project and managing the crew.  Only thing left is the stain which happens next week.  Two people who drove by and saw our carport and the Reddy Pro sign have already reached out to Caleb for their own projects. We had a complete home remodel done by Reddy Pros. The before and afters are remarkable. The master bathroom and kitchen were completely gutted and transformed into exactly what I envisioned. Sam was blessed with the lead on this project. He did a wonderful job of keeping me informed on everything going on as we live four hours away. All the guys involved in our project of a master bathroom remodel and new LVP flooring throughout the home did a great job at their craft and were very respectful while interacting with us. They started and finished the job in the agreed time frame without shortcuts or sacrifices in quality of work. They kept us informed as the job progressed and checked with us along the way to make sure we were satisfied with the work done so far. Wanted a fence around the perimeter of our home and an entrance gate that complimented the existing design of the home - Reddy Pros was the perfect choice for this project and we're extremely pleased with the final product! I had about four different fencing contractors out to the property to provide a quote and, of the four, Reddy Pros are the only one's that provided a well-documented quote and required no cash up-front.  They were extremely flexible throughout the project, working with me to modify our original plans and they were transparent with the changes in price throughout so there were no surprises in the end. They put-in about 1200+ linear feet of both 'ranch' fence and 'square tubing' fence that stair-stepped the slope of the land and did an amazing job!  The entrance gate was custom and captures exactly the look and feel we wanted. Shout-out to Caleb, Tyler, Cody, and the entire crew for being so courteous, respectful, and accommodating during this three-week job.  I'll definitely call Reddy Pros for the next big job!

Josh and his team started working on my old rundown lake house. They power washed the house and deck, replaced rotten wood, paint the house the most beautiful blue, change the width of my front doorway to fit the new door I wanted and that was painted red with a crisp White trim, flower boxes painted, I had a window AC unit high up in the wall, they took it down and fix the hole you can't tell there was a opening. My house needed a bunch of carpentry and painting situations taken care of.  These included replacing part of the 2nd story facia on the west side, repair and painting a section of the facia on the east side plus some repair & painting around several exterior window frames.  In addition there were several touch-up painting spots on interior corners.  They also repainted a high traffic section of the interior hallway.  Finally, they washed exterior porches, their ceilings, the drive way and the garage door. Their work is excellent in quality. The guys and the support staff were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.  In fact, I plan on hiring them to repair my deck. My overall experience with Reddy Pros greatly exceeded my expectations. Reddy Pros removed a bathtub, put new flooring in and redid the walls where the tub had been. They showed up on time, completed the work in the amount of time they said they would, the men who came out were friendly & professional and the job was done right! Since the bathroom remodel they’ve installed 2 ceiling fans. I will continue to call them for home projects 😃

Josh and all of his crew were courteous, respectful and very knowledgable.  Comparatively, these guys are young but know multiple skills and developed an impressive knowledge base and work experience - as you would expect from a recommened Handyman service. Carpentry, flooring, remodel, design, plumbing, painting, electrical - they said they could help. Personally, we hired four demo and rebuild/remodel of patio deck with awning, bathroom flooring remodel, siding repair, and ceiling fan installs. Very pleased with all the work. Josh and his team came in and took down all old siding on our house and installed new siding. They were through and very detailed with their work making sure to caulk all areas correctly and paint all areas after the new siding was installed. If areas were damaged that were unseen in the original estimate they were fair and resonable with the extra charge.
